OneHeart ("we," "our," "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use our platform to create petitions, sign campaigns, or otherwise interact with our services.
OneHeart is a Public Platform
Some parts of OneHeart are public and can be viewed by anyone. When you create a petition or sign one publicly, that information may be visible to anyone, including search engines. Please consider what personal details you share publicly.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly such as your name, email, and location when you register or create a campaign. We also collect information generated through your use of the platform such as petitions created and signatures made, as well as technical information like your IP address and browser type.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate and improve our platform, send notifications about your campaigns and signatures, personalize your experience, detect and prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Information Sharing
We may share your information with petition organizers so they can send updates to signers, with service providers who help us operate the platform, and when required by law. If you sign a petition publicly, your name may be visible to others including the petition creator.
Anonymous Signing
If you choose to sign a petition anonymously, your name will not appear on the public signature list. However, your information is still collected and processed internally to verify the authenticity of signatures and prevent fraud.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Campaign data and signatures may be retained longer for historical and transparency purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. You may also have the right to object to certain processing or withdraw consent. Contact privacy@oneheart.org to exercise any of these rights.

Children

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated notice.
